Peptide Products
Due to the sensitive nature of our peptides and the risk of degradation, we do not accept returns once the product has been shipped. This policy ensures the integrity and safety of all research materials.
Damaged or Missing Products
f your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the package. Our team will promptly review your request and, depending on the situation, may issue a replacement product or store credit at our discretion.

To evaluate your request, you must provide:
- your order number
- photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging;
- a video of the unboxing showing the sealed package
Lost Shipments
If a shipment is lost and the courier tracking confirms non-delivery, we will resend the order at no additional cost. Requests can only be considered after at least 5 business days beyond the estimated delivery date.
If the tracking status shows “Delivered” and the package is reported as missing, our delivery obligation is considered fulfilled. In such cases, refunds or free reshipments are not provided.
Missing Items
If an item is missing from your order, please contact us immediately. Once verified, we will ship the missing item at no cost.
To review your request, you must provide a video of the unboxing showing the sealed package.
To prevent fraudulent claims, all orders are documented and photographed before shipment.
