In alternativa usa il <a href=\"\/en\/contact\/\">modulo contatti<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n  <h3>7) Spedizioni perse, mancate consegne e mancato ritiro<\/h3>\n\n  <p><strong>Nessun rimborso:<\/strong> salvo quanto previsto dal punto 1 (indisponibilit\u00e0 prodotto), non sono previsti rimborsi per spedizioni o ordini gi\u00e0 affidati al corriere. In caso di problemi di consegna, l\u2019eventuale soluzione applicabile \u00e8 esclusivamente la <strong>rispedizione<\/strong> nei casi indicati di seguito.<\/p>\n\n  <p><strong>Indagine (claim):<\/strong> se il tracciamento indica che una spedizione <strong>non \u00e8 stata consegnata<\/strong>, apriremo un\u2019<strong>indagine ufficiale<\/strong> (\u201cclaim\u201d) presso il corriere.
