1. Acknowledgment of Research Use Only
By purchasing research compounds from Pepticore Aminos, the customer acknowledges and agrees that:
- All products are intended strictly for laboratory research purposes only.
- The products are not approved for human or veterinary use, nor for any diagnostic or therapeutic applications.
- These compounds have not been evaluated or authorized by the European Medicines Agency (EMA), AIFA, or any other competent regulatory authority.
- The customer is solely responsible for proper handling, storage, and safe use of the products, in full compliance with applicable laws and safety standards in the EU and in their own country.
- I certificati di analisi (COA) relativi ai lotti disponibili sono consultabili nelle schede prodotto o richiedibili tramite il modulo contatti.
- Eventuali verifiche indipendenti sulla purezza dei prodotti saranno riconosciute come valide solo se effettuate presso il laboratorio Janoshik (janoshik.com), secondo quanto stabilito nei Termini di Servizio. Eventuali rimedi applicabili (se previsti) sono regolati esclusivamente dalla Politica di rimborso, che non prevede rimborsi monetari ma, a discrezione dell’azienda, esclusivamente sostituzioni, rispedizioni o credito sullo store.
2. Age Verification and Legal Compliance
- The customer confirms to be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to purchase research compounds in their jurisdiction.
- The customer is fully responsible for ensuring compliance with EU and national laws regarding the purchase, possession, and use of these products.
3. No Medical Claims and No Warranties
- Pepticore Aminos makes no medical claims, explicit or implied, regarding the safety, efficacy, or intended use of its products.
- All products are sold “as is”, without warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Per chiarezza, si applica anche quanto previsto dalla Sezione 4 (“Nessuna Consulenza Fornita”) delle Terms of Service.
4. Assumption of Risk and Release of Liability
By purchasing, possessing, or using products from Pepticore Aminos, the customer acknowledges and accepts that:
- Pepticore Aminos shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use, misuse, storage, handling, or disposal of its products.
- The customer waives any legal claims against Pepticore Aminos, its employees, and partners related to the purchase or use of these compounds.
- The customer assumes full responsibility for ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
5. Indemnification
The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Pepticore Aminos, its employees, and partners from any:
- Claims, liabilities, fines, penalties, damages, or costs (including legal fees) arising from the purchase, possession, handling, use, or disposal of these products.
- Legal actions resulting from misuse, injury, property damage, or third-party claims related to the products.
6. Customer Verification and Controlled Access
- Access to product listings and checkout is restricted to customers who accept this waiver agreement.
- Pepticore Aminos may request identifying information (name, email, verification data) in compliance with data protection laws (GDPR).
- Accounts may be suspended or restricted if false information is provided or misuse is suspected.
7. Binding Agreement and Governing Law
- This agreement is binding upon the customer and their successors.
- If any provision of this agreement is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
- L’accordo è regolato dalla legge italiana e, per quanto applicabile, dalla normativa europea. In caso di controversie, il foro competente è quello del luogo di sede legale di Pepticore Aminos, fatto salvo quanto previsto dalle Terms of Service e dalle norme inderogabili applicabili.
8. Spedizioni verso Paesi extra-UE (Importazione e Dogana)
Qualora Pepticore Aminos offra la spedizione verso Paesi al di fuori dell’Unione Europea, il cliente riconosce e accetta che:
- Il cliente è l’unico responsabile della conformità alle leggi, ai regolamenti e ai requisiti di importazione applicabili nel Paese di destinazione.
- In caso di ritardo, blocco, sequestro, confisca, distruzione, rifiuto di sdoganamento o mancata consegna per motivi doganali, regolatori o di importazione, non è previsto alcun rimborso né alcuna rispedizione.
- Eventuali dazi, imposte, tasse, costi di sdoganamento, spese di giacenza o qualsiasi altro onere doganale sono sempre a carico del cliente.
- Il rischio della spedizione si trasferisce al cliente nel momento in cui il pacco viene affidato al corriere.
- A esclusiva discrezione di Pepticore Aminos, e senza che ciò costituisca un obbligo, potrà essere eventualmente offerto un codice sconto come gesto commerciale.
By proceeding with the purchase, the customer confirms to have read, understood, and voluntarily accepted this Indemnity Waiver Agreement. Electronic acceptance constitutes a valid and binding signature under applicable law.

1. Research Use Only Declaration
By purchasing research compounds from Pepticore Aminos, the customer declares and agrees that:
- All products are intended solely for laboratory research purposes.
- Products are not approved for human or animal consumption, veterinary use, or diagnostic/therapeutic applications.
- Products have not been evaluated or authorized by the European Medicines Agency (EMA), AIFA, or other competent regulatory authorities.
- The customer is solely responsible for the safe handling, storage, and use of the products, in compliance with applicable laws and regulations within the European Union and their own country.
- Certificates of Analysis (COA) for available batches can be found on product pages or requested via the contact form.
- Independent purity verifications will be considered valid only if performed by the Janoshik laboratory (janoshik.com), as stated in the Terms of Service. Any applicable remedies (if any) are governed exclusively by the Refund Policy, which provides no monetary refunds and, at the company’s discretion, only replacement, reshipment, or store credit.
2. Legal Age and Compliance
- The customer confirms being at least 18 years old and legally authorized to purchase research-use products within their jurisdiction.
- The customer is fully responsible for compliance with all national and European laws regarding the purchase, possession, and use of such products.
3. No Warranty and No Medical Claims
- Pepticore Aminos makes no medical representations, explicit or implied, regarding the safety, efficacy, or intended uses of its products.
- Products are provided “as is” and without warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
For clarity, Section 4 (“No Advice Provided”) of our Terms of Service also applies.
4. Assumption of Risk and Release of Liability
By purchasing, possessing, or using the products, the customer acknowledges and agrees that:
- Pepticore Aminos shall not be held liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use, misuse, storage, or disposal of the products.
- The customer waives any legal claims against Pepticore Aminos, its employees, and partners.
- The customer assumes full responsibility for ensuring legal and regulatory compliance.
5. Indemnification Clause
The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Pepticore Aminos, its employees, and partners from any:
- Claims, damages, penalties, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from the purchase, possession, handling, use, or disposal of the products.
- Legal actions due to misuse, injury, harm to third parties, or regulatory violations related to the products.
6. Customer Verification and Controlled Access
- Access to products and checkout is conditional upon acceptance of this waiver.
- Pepticore Aminos may request identifying information (name, email, minimal verification data) in accordance with data protection laws (GDPR).
- Accounts may be suspended or limited in case of false declarations or suspected misuse.
7. Validity and Governing Law
- This agreement is binding upon the customer and their successors or assigns.
- If any clause is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
- This agreement is governed by Italian law and, where applicable, by European regulations. In case of disputes, jurisdiction lies in the court of the registered office of Pepticore Aminos, subject to our Terms of Service and any mandatory applicable law.
8. Shipments to Non-EU Countries (Customs and Import Rules)
Where Pepticore Aminos offers shipping to countries outside the European Union, the customer acknowledges and agrees that:
- The customer is solely responsible for complying with all applicable import laws, regulations, and requirements in the destination country.
- In the event of delay, hold, seizure, confiscation, destruction, refusal of customs clearance, or non-delivery due to customs, regulatory, or import-related reasons, no refund and no reshipment will be issued.
- Any import duties, taxes, clearance costs, storage charges, or other customs-related fees are always the customer’s responsibility.
- Risk and responsibility for the shipment transfer to the customer once the parcel is handed over to the carrier.
- At the sole discretion of Pepticore Aminos, and without any obligation, a discount code may be offered as a goodwill gesture.
By proceeding with a purchase, the customer confirms having read, understood, and voluntarily accepted this Indemnity and Liability Waiver Agreement. Electronic acceptance is equivalent to a legally binding signature under applicable law.
In case of discrepancies between language versions, the Italian version shall prevail.
